On the first floor there is a study, two further double bedrooms, both with private balconies and bathrooms and one with a dressing room. In the basement there is another very large bedroom, a small gym, a toilet and shower.
Outside there is a large garden with its own character. Around the house there is an area with fruit trees and a flower arch that leads to the area where there is a chill-out area, a large 15x5 metre pool, a covered bar with its own beer tap and a covered barbecue area with a pizza oven, firewood, small ceramic hob, refrigerator and everything you need to prepare delicious meals outside.
